Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → qurio → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
On Android: Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → qurio → Cancel.
I paid but my access isn’t active.
Open the qurio app → Account → Subscription → tap “Restore purchases”. If that doesn’t resolve it, email us with your Apple ID or Google Play order number from the receipt.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Android purchases are handled by Google Play. We are unable to issue store refunds ourselves.
How do I delete my account?
Open the qurio app → Account → Profile → scroll to “Danger zone” → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, progress, and rewards. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page.
Two-device limit.
Each qurio account is allowed on up to 2 active devices. To add a third, sign out one of the existing devices from Account → Profile → Signed-in devices.
